A Parenting Power Hour is a confidential one-to-one consultation where we focus entirely on your child’s specific challenge and your family’s unique situation. Whether you’re worried about anxiety, friendship problems, behaviour issues, or anything else affecting your child’s wellbeing, these sessions give you the expert support you need, without your child needing to be involved. These sessions can take place in-person or remotely.

We’ll dive deep into your specific situation. You’ll share what’s happening for your child and family, and I’ll help you understand what might be going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore practical, evidence-based strategies you can start using immediately.

We’ll meet via Zoom (or phone if you prefer) for a focused, confidential consultation. You’ll have my full attention for the entire hour. We can also meet in person at my therpy clinic in Nottingham if this is your preference. - Step 4: Take Action
Armed with practical strategies and renewed confidence, you’ll start supporting your child in new, more effective ways.
